Data protection information for Contractors
Referring to the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (called the Regulation) we would like to provide you with the required information.
In accordance with the Article 13 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of April 27, 2016, we would like to inform you that the administrator of your personal data is MTA Engineering Sp. z o.o with its registered office in Rzeszów, Przemysłowa 14, 35-105 TIN: 813-10-23-773, KRS 0000153976.
Your personal data will be processed in order to present our company’s offer, to conduct trade negotiations, to conclude and perform the contract, to provide you with our services in accordance with the contract and also for archival purposes regarding information about Clients of MTA Engineering (including the storage of customer references), possibly for the purpose of pursuing claims related to the contract / services provided with you.
The basis for processing this data is the necessity of data processing in order to conclude and perform the contract, necessity of processing to implement the legitimate interest of the administrator; A justified interest of the administrator is the possibility of pursuing claims, and in the case of a company’s offer presentation, consent is given, and in some cases (eg contact for the purpose of obtaining consent) also the legitimate interest of the administrator.
The recipients of your personal data will be only entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions.
Your personal data will be processed during the marketing contact (presentation of the company’s offer), trade negotiations aimed at signing the contract, and for the duration of the contract or service, and for the time in which MTA Engineering is obliged to store documents (Article 86 § 1 in relation to Article 70 § 1 of the Act of August 29, 1997. Tax Ordinance, Dz. U. z 2017 r. poz. 201 ze zm). We do not transfer your personal data outside of the European Economic Area.
Information for candidates applying for a job in the recruitment process
Providing personal data in a CV is voluntary but necessary for the recruitment process. The consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to conduct recruitment proceedings. Personal data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 point a and c of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016 (RODO). Please be advised that we only contact selected candidates.
If you consent to the processing of your personal data, please include the following clause in your CV and cover letter:
“I agree to the processing of my personal data for recruitment in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 lit. a Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general data protection regulation))”.
If you consent to the processing of your personal data, please include the following clause in your CV and cover letter:
„I agree to the processing of my personal data also for the purposes of future recruitment in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 lit. a Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general data protection regulation) ”.

Your personal data will be processed for the recruitment process, possibly for the future recruitment process depending on your consent.
The basis for the processing of this data is the necessity to process data for the implementation of the recruitment process.
We process your personal data indicated in the Labor Code based on the law and their application is necessary to participate in recruitment. Other personal data (eg image) we process based on your voluntary consent, which you expressed, sending us your recruitment application and their submission does not affect the possibility of participation in recruitment.
The recipients of your personal data will be only entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions. We do not transfer your personal data outside of the European Economic Area.
Your personal data will be processed during the recruitment process and for six months after the end of recruitment in accordance with internal company regulations. In the case of consent to the processing of personal data also for the purposes of future recruitment, your personal data will be processed in future recruitments taking place within 6 months from the end of the first recruitment.
After this period, your CV and personal data contained therein are permanently deleted (the paper version is destroyed in a shredder, electronic version permanently removed from the disk, e-mail with CV permanently deleted from the email server) and not used for other purposes.
You have the right to request from the administrator the access to your personal data, to rectify them, delete or limit processing, object to data processing, data transfer and in the case of consent to withdraw it.
Your personal data will not be profiling.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body.
