Steel chamber of a fluidized bed furnace in WtE Rothensee

Structural analysis and detail engineering of the steel chamber of a fluidized bed furnace was executed by MTA Engineering  as part of the project: expansion of the waste to energy plant in Magdeburg – unit 3. In unit 3, commercial and industrial waste will be incinerated (270,000 tons per year) and municipal sewage sludge (55,000 tons) will be recycled.
